Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return any items or exchange them, please contact our customer service team by phone (0808 196 1818) or email email@example.com. You will then be allocated a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned to 77 Beaumount Avenue, WEMBLEY- HA0 3BY within 30 days of purchase in an unopened, unused and good condition together with a RAN.
We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery. Postage and packing cost incurred is non-refundable. If, for any reason, Naturz does not receive your returned package, you will need to provide proof of postage before any refund can be considered. Qualifying returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt. Please allow up to four weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of your refund and allow up to two billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your credit card statement. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods please return the item to the 77 Beaumount Avenue, WEMBLEY- HA0 3BY. Should you not receive your original order, please contact the Customer Service Team in order and a replacement will be promptly provided.
