At Naturz we have a very disciplined and sincere customer service staff. We provide prompt reply to all your queries. Some questions that are asked often are listed below. Check these questions and answers before asking us anything. It is possible that your answer might be contained in this very list. Ques1. How to place an order if I cannot place the order myself because of some reason?
Ans1. If you cannot place your order yourself then you can call our customer service staff at 02033718883. These lines are open at all times on all days of a week. Our staff will be highly obliged to place your order.
Ques2. In how much time will my order reach me?
Ans2. The time duration within which the order is delivered depends on the place where the order has to be sent. International orders take 5 to 7 days, Europe orders take 5 to 7 days and orders within UK take 3 to5 days for delivery.
We ship the orders within 2 working days of receiving the payments. You can always track the order by using the link we provide to every customer. If a deal happens because of some reason, we will inform you of the same.
Ques3. What are the postage costs?
Ans3. Postage costs can vary with the size of shipment. Standard shipment costs within UK vary from 3 to 4 Euros. International orders have more postage costs. The amount will be notified to you at the time you checkout form the website after purchasing the products.
Ques4. Will I get any personal email regarding the purchase?
Ans4. Yes. Once you make the purchase at Naturz, you will be sent a personal acknowledgement on your email about the purchase. The acknowledgement will have all the details of the purchase. When we ship the order through UK Mail Ltd / Royal Mail, UK Mail Ltd / Royal Mail will also send you an email regarding the same.
Ques5.What if I do not receive the order?
Ans5. If you do not receive the order within the lead times, contact us through telephone or mail with all the details. We will try to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Ques6. What if I want to cancel my order?
Ans6. You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it. The 7 day time period starts from the time the delivery is made to you and is recorded by the delivery person. Unboxed, tampered and consumed products are not returned. In ordered to get a full refund you must return the product in the condition that it was sent. Ques7. How can I change the deliver address if I have provided the wrong address for delivery?
Ans7. You must call ASAP at our telephone numbers or email us. Kindly quote the order number when you call or email.
Ques8. What if get a defective product?
Ans8. In case you get a defective product, kindly email us or call us with your order number. You will be also required to send some evidence of the defect, for example a photograph. We will issue you a full refund or issue you a replacement (whatever you prefer) at no extra cost.
Ques9. In how many days can I get the refund?
Ans9. Qualifying returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt. Please allow up to four weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of your refund and allow up to two billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your credit card statement. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment..
