Shipping and Delivery at Naturz

Costs

We ship all orders within 2 days of receiving the payment for them. The orders that are to be delivered within UK reach the customers within 3 to 5 days. Orders within Europe reach within 5 to 7 days. International orders take 7 to 10 days. Handling, postage and packaging costs are to be paid by the customers irrespective of the place they want the product to be delivered. Shipping costs are included for international orders in the final product price. Orders of Europe and UK do not require shipping and hence only postage, handling and packaging costs are to be paid for them.

Delivery via Royal Mail

Our products are delivered via Royal Mail courier services. The standard way of delivery is that the delivery people will drop-off your product packages at your specified address (the address you provide us on our website at the time of purchasing the product) without asking for any signature of yours. If you want a signature drop-off then you will have to pay an extra amount. You can choose between the 2 ways of delivery when you make the purchase on our online website.

Cost effective way of purchasing products at Naturz

We advise the customers to purchase more products and group them in a single order. This way they will have to pay the shipping costs only once. If the customer places multiple orders consisting of singular products, then we will have to charge the shipping fee again and again for each single order. It is cost saving for the customer to first make a list of all products that he/she wants and then purchase them all in a single order.
