At Naturz, we value the customer’s money. That is why our pages of online transactions are secure for online transactions. We have a card verification system. Our net banking system has a two-factor authentication system. Our website is also SSL or secure socket layer encrypted. Thus, your card numbers are safe and secure at our website. SSL enables our website to make all your data confidential so that it is safe from hackers.

Ways of making online payment

You can pay us through credit, card, debit card, smart card, or through net banking. As stated above, our website is safe for transactions. You can also pay us through a cheque or postal payment.

Process of purchase and payment

At the Naturz website, you must first select the product/products you want to purchase. All the products have description pages so that you know all the details of the products. You can select one or more products. All the products are then added to the online web cart. Once you have selected the products you want, you have to click on the checkout option. A webpage will appear which will give you the details of your purchase and the total amount you have to pay. The final amount includes VAT charges, shipping costs, and packaging costs. Then you must click on the option through which you want to pay.

Credit card payment

If you want to pay by using a credit card, then you must enter your card number in the required space. We accept all cards including Visa and Master Card. After finishing with the details, the web page will show that a successful payment has been made.

Debit card payment

You can also pay online for products by using your Debit Card. The same procedure for credit cards has to be followed here as well.

Net banking payment

If you choose the net banking method, then you can pay by using an online fund transfer from your bank account.

Dispatch of orders to customers

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of receiving the payment. There are some items which may not be sold by weight. In that case, we use arbitrary weights for generating appropriate costs of shipping.

The cost of the product includes shipping costs, packaging costs, postage costs and VAT. Shipping costs are only for products that are to be shipped outside UK.

If shipping takes place in several steps because of size of logistics (size of shipment etc.) and technical reasons, we will only charge you once.
